ManageMyStaffing is a workforce-management platform built specifically for skilled-nursing facilities. We provide scheduling, time-clock, payroll export (Paycom & ADP), and CMS Payroll-Based Journal (PBJ) reporting — everything facilities need to staff efficiently and stay compliant, in one system.
Our customers are skilled-nursing facilities and their clinical and support staff — CNAs, RNs, LPNs, dietary, housekeeping, and administration. Through our partner facilities, we also serve residents and patients with optional post-discharge follow-up communications.
ManageMyStaffing operates two optional SMS programs. Both require explicit opt-in and can be cancelled at any time by replying STOP.
Open-shift alerts, schedule changes, and HR communications sent to staff who opted in during onboarding. Message frequency varies (typically 0–10 per week). View staff SMS opt-in details.
On behalf of partner facilities, up to 2 messages per discharge to residents or patients who opted in on paper at intake — a check-in and a feedback request. View resident SMS opt-in details.
